These updates support optimal camera performance and uninterrupted device usage. Be sure to complete CX scans monthly to maintain peak operation.

GUI - Redesigned User Activity Log in Result Sharing Portal user configuration page

RAPTOR Server v1.19 introduces a redesigned User Activity Log section in the Result Sharing Portal’s users configuration page, offering comprehensive insights into user activities.

Shared Measurements Section:

  • A dedicated area for managing shared measurement information.

These updates provide a clearer view of user interactions, helping administrators better understand and manage activity in the portal.

GUI - Improved Handling of Shared Measurements in Result Sharing Portal

When unapproving a shared measurement, users are now prompted with a confirmation dialog to decide whether the "shared" status should also be removed.

Key Details:

  • If the user selects Yes, the measurement remains shared in the Result Sharing Portal (RSP) but is marked as a new measurement.
  • This ensures greater control and clarity over shared measurements during the unapproval process.

GUI - New Sorting Options for New and Approved Measurements Pages

Sorting options have been added to the New Measurements and Approved Measurements pages, enabling easier data organisation and faster access.

New Sorting Options:

New Measurements Page:

  • Date of Birth

Approved Measurements Page:

  • Sample Code
  • Patient Code
  • Patient Name

These updates streamline data management, making it easier to locate and review measurements efficiently.

API - New API Endpoints for User Management and Measurement Sharing in Result Sharing Portal

The REST API interface now includes additional features for managing users and sharing measurements in the Result Sharing Portal:

Key Updates: New “Doctors Tenant” Section:

  • Five new endpoints enable Create, Update, Read, and Delete (CURD) actions via the API.

Measurement Sharing Endpoint:

  • A dedicated endpoint for sharing measurements with doctors is now available.

These enhancements improve interoperability with LIS/HIS systems, simplifying workflows and extending functionality.

MAX 9k / 45k - Usage Restricted After 3 Months Without Monthly Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance and reliable results, device functionality is now limited if the required monthly cleaning has not been completed within 3 months of the last recorded cleaning. After 3 months the system will be restricted and only the following actions will remain available after initialisation:

  • Open Top Cover
  • Monthly Cleaning
  • Shutdown

Maintaining a regular monthly cleaning routine is essential to keep the MAX device in excellent condition and ensure consistent measurement reliability.

A new field has been added to the upper section of the Run Log page, providing detailed information when a run is aborted due to a MAX error.

Possible Abort Tags:

  • Top cover opened

  • Waste is full
  • Washing solution is empty

This update makes it easier to identify and address issues, improving troubleshooting and minimising downtime.
